SaaSNag operates as a platform connecting SaaS creators with users. To maintain the integrity of our marketplace, we have established this Authorised Reseller Policy.
1. Authorization
Only verified partners and creators are authorized to list and sell products on SaaSNag. Unauthorized resale of codes, accounts, or licenses purchased on SaaSNag on other platforms is strictly prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the product creator's license terms.
2. Reseller Rights
If you are purchasing a "Reseller License" or a specific "Agency Plan" explicitly marked for resale, you are bound by the specific terms provided with that product. Standard purchases are typically for internal or personal use mainly.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Selling accounts or access credentials that are not authorized for transfer.
- Bundling SaaSNag products with other offers without permission.
- Misrepresenting the source or terms of the SaaS product.
4. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your SaaSNag account and the revocation of any purchased licenses without refund.
