Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience on SaaSNag. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.

1. Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be converted back to cash or refunded to your original payment method.

2. App Refunds & Replenishment

While direct credit refunds are not available, refunds for individual app purchases made with credits are possible under specific circumstances (e.g., if the app code is invalid or the product is materially different from the description).

If a refund for an app purchase is approved:

  • The credits used for that specific transaction will be replenished to your SaaSNag account balance.
  • These replenished credits can be used for future purchases on the marketplace.
  • No cash refund will be issued for the value of the credits.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for an app purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Please provide your order ID and the reason for the request.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect abuse of the policy or violation of our Terms of Service.
