Memogram

Memogram is a super practical tool for anyone hosting an event (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings) and wants to collect every guest photo/video without chasing people afterward. Setup is genuinely quick—you create an event, and Memogram generates a unique QR code + shareable link. Guests don’t need to download an app; they just scan the QR code and upload from their phone browser, and you can even let them add captions for context. What I like most is how frictionless it is for guests and how organized it is for the host. You can optionally enable a live “feed view” so guests can see what others upload, add password protection for private events, and customize the event page to match your theme/branding. There’s also a fun optional feature to display uploads in real time on a TV/projector/LED screen, which is perfect for receptions and parties. After the event, you can view everything and download files individually or via one-click bulk download, which saves a ton of time. One important thing to note: uploaded media expires (is deleted) 30 days after upload unless you download it, and event-page access depends on your plan—so you’ll want to save everything promptly. Overall, Memogram is an excellent “set it and forget it” solution for capturing the moments the professional camera crew misses.
